Reading over winter break!
It is never too early to think about reading over the winter break! :). Today I started setting page guides and printing out AR tests for students who plan on reading larger novels over break. Some of the AR questions are detailed so we can print them out so students can circle answers as them finish the book so they don't forget the details! I am trusting your reflective IB learners to decide if this is something they want utilize! Let me know if you have any questions!

Choir concert, recess, & powerful words!
The concert was fantastic and I'm so proud of our choir! Also we took the STAR reading test again so ask your kiddos about their new levels! :)

Stats from Jep
Jep just shared a great stat with the students! When we convey an idea 7% of meaning comes from the words we use, 55% comes from our body language, and 38% comes from our tone of voice!
